How long do I have to complete the course?

You can go at your own pace according to your schedule. You'll have access to the course for 12 months. (Extensions may be granted on request)

Can this diet combine with my other diet requirements?

Yes, the low FODMAP diet can be adapted to various eating patterns, whether these are for health conditions or preferences. Contact JWS Nutrition if you have difficulty incorporating this diet to your existing eating pattern.

Do I have to stay on this diet forever?

No, this is meant to be an eating experiment. The restriction phase should be as little as 2 weeks long. The next 2 phases will show you which foods currently bother you. We work with you so you have the largest variety of foods with the fewest restrictions possible.

Is the low FODMAP diet guaranteed to work for me?

Studies show that up to 86% of people who complete the diet with a dietitian will get adequate relief from their symptoms. There is no guarantee that it will work for you, but JWS Nutrition will relentlessly work with you to problem-solve if relief is slow or not adequate.
